    Yes, all our trucks are owned by WNT.

    Do you outsource trucks of subcontractors?

    Sometimes, depends on the operations volume

    What kind of trucks do you provide?

    We provide all kinds of trucks as per customer’s request starting from 1.5 ton (Pick-up), 4 & 5 ton (Jumbo), to 90 ton trailers, dual box, silo tanks, flatbed, Reefers, curtain sides.

    Do you provide drivers with safety certificate?

    Yes, we give our drivers safety training and quarter meeting in order to communicate with them always and remind them with the safety rules and regulations.

    Do you cover your trucks with insurance?

    Yes. All the trucks are covered with full insurance.

    Do you provide insurance coverage for goods?

    Yes, we could cover your goods upon your request with additional cost.

    How do I track my shipment?

    Our trucks are attached with GPS, you could geta username & password, log in and monitor your shipment.

    Do you provide trucks with long term lease contract?

    Yes, we dedicate the trucks upon the client’s request with long term contract based on the quantity of trucks and work volume.

    Do you provide trucks upon request based on the logistics need for transferring raw material per ton?

    Yes, we provide these services as per ton price depending on the raw material density and the loading and offloading locations.

    What is the free loading time?

    8 hours, extra charges are applied per hour based on the truck type.

    What are the payment terms?

    Payment terms and conditions are negotiation-able depending on the volume and contract.

    Do you do cross border movements?

    Yes, we move trucks from Egypt to all the MENA region and vice versa.

    Do you provide custom clearance?

    No, we do not have this service at the moment.

    What is the free time at the border?

    Free time at border depends on the lane and the Border.

    What are the detention charges?

    It depends on the period of detention.
